I've been a patient of this practice for several decades, and now I am a patient of Dr. George Karale. He is an AWESOME dentist, and his staff are the best in the business. Dr. Karale makes sure his patients are 100% comfortable at all times, and he truly makes going to the dentist a pleasure! He is so gentle and caring with his patients, no wonder everybody loves him. His assistant Helen is super nice, and his office manager Kelly is unbelievably amazing! If you're looking for a TOP NOTCH dentist, with a TOP NOTCH team behind him, look no further, Ironwood Dental and Dr. Karale are a found treasure. I"m telling everyone I know about this practice. I drive from Central Phoenix to Chandler, just to be a patient, because they are THAT GOOD!! They are AMAZING!!! Thank you Ironwood Dental, and Dr Karale, Kelly, Helen, and the hygienists!!!!

I love this place. It’s definitely the best dentist and hygienist I’ve been to in the past 30 years. I finally found a place I can trust. I never had check ups so good. The hygienist polishes your teeth better than anyone else in the business. Amazing Amazing staff.

Been a patient for 8 yrs. Welcoming, friendly professional people. Nice office; very clean. Very satisfied with my dental cleaning. As Dr. Arnce has retired, I met Dr. George for the first time; I liked his chair side manner and evaluation of my dental health. I’ll continue being his patient.

When I learned that my usual hygienist was no longer working there I felt anxious. I have very sensitive teeth and didn’t look forward to a new hygienist who might not be as careful. It’s no fault of most hygienist, but sinus issues and some gum recession make most cleanings painful. However, Michelle was incredibly gentle. I experienced zero pain and no discomfort at all. I also enjoyed her positive personality. Thank you, Michelle! You deserve every star!??

My procedure was a deep cleaning with Angela (Angie). I admit I have a "dental phobia" and dread the thought of drills, needles and hand tools in my mouth! Angela put all my fears to rest, she was fantastic! I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment. (That's a 1st).
Dr Karale gave me a smile worth $999,950!! (I had a $50 co-pay.) This office is the best in all of AZ. Dr Karale genuinely cares for his patients, and makes certain they are kept out of pain. He discusses things in detail and allows his patients to make decisions for themselves based on his recommendations. I will refer everyone I know to this practice, his office staff are SUPER friendly too! Absolute FIVE STARS to this practice and Dr Karale!!
Professional friendly and efficient
We really like the people at Ironwood Dental. So nice and friendly, always. They greet you with a smile the minute you walk in. Basically we’ve just had our teeth cleaned, and they do a fine job. I am in the process of having a new crown put on and so far things have been great. Fast, no pain, and the hygienist is a doll. Highly recommended!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. This was my first visit with Dr. Karale who was very professional yet made a point to get to know me as a patient. I appreciate that there are no unnecessary tests or procedures. I feel my dental health is is good hands.
